This webbing Collar is a fantastic choice for the smaller breed dog and would generally fit most 8 week puppies of the following breed sizes - Maltese, Shih Tzu, Bichon, Jack Russel, Fox Terrier, Tibetan Spaniel etc 
If your puppy or dog hasn't had a collar on before please be aware that they may scratch at it.  Keep an eye on this as they can get tighter with the pulling.  If it does tend to scratch at it - pop it on when it's eating and take it off again.  Just gradually increase the length of time it has it on until it becomes used to it. 
Note - From the large sized collar there is a locking clip on the buckle plus has been designed to have the loading pressure taken away from the buckle.
